Contract Manufacturer is ITAR registered (registration code M20617), granting them the right to manufacture qualified military products for export.
Altron announced today it is now International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) registered.
Companies receiving this certification demonstrate they have the knowledge and understanding to fully comply with the Arms Export Control Act (AECE) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations, as well as having corporate procedures and controls in place to ensure compliance. Meeting ITAR Certification implies Altron Inc. has met requirements pertaining to organization structure, documentation, corporate policy, training and procedures. Altron now has the right to manufacture and ship military products for export.

Altron has been servicing the military sector for 33 years as a contract manufacturer and has participated as a partner in programs that involved exporting. With this certification Altron Inc. now expands its offering to fully include manufacturing and shipping of military products that are exported, without requiring a partner. Altron has a broad manufacturing capability to service this market.
